Exclusive use of the lodge is available for special occasions, small private functions or intimate friends and family get-togethers. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Cancellation policy
Because of our intimate size, late cancellations can affect us greatly. Cancellations received with less than 30 days notice incur a loss of deposit. Cancellations received with less than 7 days notice incur a full charge, however if we can re-book your accommodation a refund will be credited.
Insurance
We advise that travel insurance be taken out in case of unforeseen circumstances.

Children
In consideration of guests who stay with us for privacy we generally don't accept bookings for children under the age of 16, however do enquire as depending on bookings we may be able to accommodate.

The Pohutukawa Suite accommodates 4 people, tariff for the extra bedroom is: $90pp in Summer / $80pp in Winter.
Tariff quoted in $NZ per suite per night for 2 people including GST.
A $25 per suite per night surcharge applies public holidays.
